I’m currently working with a high-growth food manufacturing business in the North West who are expanding their NPD function and looking to bring in Process Technologists, Senior Process Technologists, and NPD Technologists keen to specialise into Process.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established and highly regarded NPD team of 40+ professionals, where development is genuinely part of the culture.

* Process Technologists or Senior Process Technologists
* NPD Technologists / Senior NPD Technologists looking to transition into process
* Individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment
* Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally
* Experience within food manufacturing NPD
* Strong understanding of factory trials, scale-up, and product launches
* Ability to take products from kitchen concept through to factory production
* Knowledge of critical path management and retailer expectations
* Confident working cross-functionally with Production, Technical, and Commercial teams
* Experience supporting or leading factory trials and first productions
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
* Good understanding of food safety, quality standards, and manufacturing processes
* Organised with strong attention to detail, particularly around documentation and validation
* Effective communicator, comfortable working with internal teams and external stakeholders
* Open to candidates relocating from across the UK
* Candidates must have Right to Work in the UK
* Interviewing ASAP – first stage interviews taking place as early as next week
