Choices Homecare are looking for a compassionate and reliable Waking Night Care Worker to support one individual in their own home in Southport. This calm, consistent role provides overnight support to ensure safety, comfort, and reassurance throughout the night. If you’re caring, patient, and value building meaningful relationships, this could be a great fit.
Responsibilities
* Providing reassurance and emotional support during the night
* Supporting with personal care where required
* Assisting with medication in line with care plans
* Monitoring wellbeing and responding appropriately to any changes
* Maintaining accurate records and clear communication
* Ensuring a safe, clean, and comfortable environment
* Respecting dignity, privacy, and confidentiality at all times
Qualifications
* Reliability and consistency
* Good communication skills
* Experience is preferred but not essential – full training is provided
