Ergonomics Consultant Day Rate - Negotiable, Depending on Experience Outside IR35 - Ongoing Contract Location: Southeast, UK We are seeking an experienced Ergonomist from an industrial background to support a data centre project. The successful candidate will focus on designing and assessing workplace systems to minimise occupational health risks and optimise performance. Key Responsibilities: Conduct workplace assessments and ergonomic risk evaluations within the data centre environment. Develop and implement solutions to minimise musculoskeletal disorders, CTDs, and related risks. Advise on manual handling, workstation setup, and DSE assessments for operational staff. Support the design and improvement of workplace systems to ensure safety and efficiency. Work closely with safety teams and site managers to embed ergonomic best practices.Ideal Candidate Profile: Strong industrial background with experience in workplace assessment or design. Knowledge of human factors, MSDs, CTDs, HAVS, and manual handling. Familiarity with occupational health practices and safety legislation.
