Job Title: Legal Secretary - Commercial Property

Salary: £24,000 – £27,000 per annum
We are looking for a talented Commercial Property Legal Secretary to join this friendly and collaborative team. You will be part of a leading firm that retains its High Street family feel. Key responsibilities: Manage caseload efficiently while maintaining highest standards of client care. Provide accurate support to the Commercial Property team, including drafting correspondence, scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and handling confidential documents. Demonstrate calm under pressure, proactive communication and detail‑focused approach. Audio typing skills are key and commercial property experience is a bonus.
Qualifications: Organised, calm under pressure, confident communicator. Experience or knowledge of commercial property legal matters is desirable but not mandatory. Strong administrative support skills, office software proficiency, excellent typing skills. Team player, proactive, supportive leadership culture.
