Job Purpose:
You will support the Compliance team by assisting with day-to-day activities and contributing to projects that drive business objectives. This role offers exposure to various functions within the organisation and provides an opportunity to gain practical experience in a dynamic, global pharmaceutical environment
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
* Acts as the Training Administrator for Legal & Compliance, and supports the design and delivery of training activities
* Provides support for the Third-Party Oversight (TPO) process
* Provides support for Transparency Reporting
* Provides support for Enterprise Risk Management (ERM)
* Participates in meetings and contribute ideas to simplify processes
* Collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver assigned tasks on time
* Undertakes research and prepare presentations or summaries as required
Qualifications
Position Requirements:
* Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Life Sciences, HR, Finance, Marketing, etc.)
* Strong organisational and time-management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Demonstrates initiative and willingness to learn
