As a Retail Sales Colleague, no prior tech knowledge is required. All new colleagues attend a two to three-day induction, either virtually or at our academy in Fort Dunlop, Birmingham. This training provides essential skills to help you sell, serve, and support our customers effectively. You'll learn through supplier training, product demos before launches, and testing the latest products, giving you confidence to make top-notch recommendations.
Our Sales Colleagues work flexibly across our opening hours, which typically include weekends. Our stores are generally open 7 days a week from 9 am to 8 pm, with local variations.
