What's the Role :

We're looking for a Corporate Communications Executive to join our growing Corporate Communications team. This role will support a broad range of external and internal projects with a focus on corporate brand storytelling to various audiences and stakeholders.

Location :

This role is based at our UK headquarters in Bedford, working with teams across the UK and Ireland in sectors like photography, healthcare, and industry.

What you will be responsible for :

* Assist in delivering UK Corporate campaigns and activities with external partners, such as charities.
* Develop press releases and media kits for external storytelling.
* Report and analyze external communications projects and press activity regularly.
* Develop and optimize a content plan for Fujifilm UK’s online presence (LinkedIn, website).
* Maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including media and government bodies.
* Support the coordination of events, exhibitions, and seminars.
* Oversee content creation for external and internal use, including literature, artwork, presentations, and videos, utilizing design skills.

Who are we looking for :

Required:

* Degree-level education or equivalent experience.
* Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
* Creative thinking and ability to think outside the box.
* Highly organized with excellent time management.
* Comfortable working in a small team.
* Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
* Excellent networking and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the company.
* Understanding of what great communication entails.
* Familiarity with Office 365 applications.
* Experience or education in communications, marketing, advertising, or PR, ideally over 1 year.
* Knowledge of offline and online communication tools and channels.
* Design skills in photo and video are advantageous.
