About the role:
As our People & Culture Coach, you’ll assist the People & Culture Manager in delivering exceptional employee experiences, from recruitment and onboarding to engagement and wellbeing initiatives across 3 sites. You’ll be a key ambassador for our culture, ensuring our team feels supported, recognized, and motivated.
Key Responsibilities:
8. Assist with all People & Culture administration and HR processes
9. Coordinate onboarding and offboarding, including inductions where needed
10. Maintain accurate employee records and starter/leaver information
11. Support recruitment, engagement activities, and reward initiatives
12. Collaborate with the People & Culture Manager on wellbeing, payroll, recognition, and award entries
13. Champion Cycas Culture and support a positive work environment
What we’re looking for:
14. Previous experience in a fast-paced HR or People & Culture role; relevant qualifications desirable
15. Strong communication and interpersonal skills; naturally personable
16. Excellent administrative and IT skills, including HR systems, Microsoft Office, Teams, and other digital platforms
17. Attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to multitask
