They will also help to facilitate and assist the Savera UK’s Youth Collective working with their youth engagement activities, campaigns and programmes. The Recruitment Process The recruitment process will be in two stages. If you are shortlisted, Savera UK will be in contact to arrange an informal 20-minute chat about the role and your interest in it. Savera UK will then invite candidates who progress to the second stage to an in-person interview, which will comprise competency questions and a task on which they will be asked to present back to the interview panel. Candidates will be provided with information for the task, which will be sent ahead of the interview.
