Job Description
* Be the first point of contact for all technical queries for a global customer base
* Offering technical support via phone, email and video calls
* Fault diagnosis for electrical and mechanical issues
* Keep all details up to date using data and document management tools
* Review and update product manuals, datasheets and bills of materials.

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
* In depth experience working in a Product Support role or similar
* Electrical knowledge (PLC operated machines, wiring panelling)
* Previously worked within a manufacturing environment
* Full current driving license, with a car
