Your Role and Responsibilities
Academic Support
* Support learning across KS3 and KS4, focusing on core subjects: English, Maths, and Science
* Deliver 1:1 and small-group interventions to help students make progress
* Assist teachers in creating engaging and inclusive lesson materials
Student Development
* Build strong relationships as a positive role model for students
* Support pupils with SEN and/or EAL needs
* Implement behaviour strategies that enhance learning and classroom engagement
Professional Contribution
* Track student progress and support school-wide academic initiatives
* Promote the school’s inclusive ethos and contribute to its community engagement
* Work collaboratively with staff across departments
What We’re Looking For
Essential
* Minimum 2:1 degree in any subject (Education, English, Maths, Science, Psychology preferred)
* Genuine passion for working with young people and supporting their development

Desirable
