Teaching Personnel is currently seeking enthusiastic, dedicated, and hard-working Class Teacher to work in a primary school in Penarth with a January start date.
The Role:
You will play a key role in creating a positive and engaging learning environment while supporting pupils’ academic and emotional development. Responsibilities will include:
* Creating a safe, supportive, and enjoyable classroom environment that builds confidence.
* Building positive relationships with pupils and colleagues.
* Delivering constructive and effective feedback to support progress.
* Encouraging a child-led approach to learning.
* Demonstrating a commitment to ongoing professional development.
* Teaching across the primary curriculum, including your specialist subject.
The Ideal Candidate Will:
* Have strong classroom management skills.
* Be up to date with the current Welsh Curriculum.
* Be passionate about enhancing every child’s learning and wellbeing.
* Show motivation to continuously develop professionally.
* Be confident teaching pupils from Nursery through to Year 6.
Essential Requirements:
* Right to work in the UK.
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Newly Qualified Teacher (NQT) status.
* Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
* Registration with the Education Workforce Council (EWC) (or willingness to register).
