Job title: Head of Customer Engagement and Business Development. Location: Sheffield. Based at Don Valley House, Sheffield S4 7UQ. This is a permanent, full-time role within the Leeds and York Partnership NHS Foundation Trust (LYPFT) / NOECPC context. Salary: £64,455 to £74,896 per annum. Band 8b. Responsible for leading a team to deliver NHS procurement-focused customer engagement to procurement professionals in NHS member and non-member and other public sector organisations. This position reports to the Associate Director of Commercial Operations.
Job summary: Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive customer engagement and business development strategy. Represent NOECPC at events and in the media. Drive framework growth and collaboration with category procurement colleagues to maximise spend under management.
Responsibilities
* Lead a team of customer engagement and business development specialists.
* Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
* Manage key customer and stakeholder relationships at all levels, including Integrated Care Systems (ICS).
* Drive continuous improvement in service delivery.
* Be the face of NOECPC at events and in the media.
* Collaborate with stakeholders, including category procurement colleagues, to identify and drive framework growth in spend under management.
