Euclid – Head of Marketing (Remote)

About the job Euclid: Where Projects Take Shape

We’re looking for a hands‑on, execution‑minded Head of Marketing to define and lead our marketing strategy from the ground up while running the core content engine that powers our visibility, voice, and growth. Reporting to our CEO, you’ll be the first dedicated marketing hire responsible for bringing our stories to life; from customer wins to product updates, across LinkedIn, email, webinars, and sales collateral.

This role is ideal for someone who’s excited to both set the strategy and get things done. You’ll shape how marketing drives growth at Euclid by owning our content strategy and demand generation, and then rolling up your sleeves to execute.

Who We Are

* At Euclid, we’re on a mission to accelerate the world’s transition to renewable energy so that we can decarbonise the planet as fast as possible.
* We empower renewable energy teams to accomplish in days what typically takes weeks.
* We care about doing meaningful work, delivering real value and results to our customers.
* We’re passionate about solving real problems by focusing on what truly matters.
* We’re not afraid to think big and be bold, as we’re building not only a future we believe in but a workplace culture that we’re proud to be a part of.

What You’ll Do

* Marketing Strategy & Leadership – Define and own our marketing strategy from 0→1, with a focus on high‑impact execution from day one.
* Content Execution & Ownership – Take full ownership of our content calendar, including a monthly newsletter, blog posts, LinkedIn content, webinars, and internal insights.
* Demand Generation – Lead early‑stage demand generation efforts, executing email campaigns, managing lead capture and nurture workflows, and collaborating with sales.
* Product Marketing & Collateral – Create and maintain core marketing materials such as one‑pagers, pitch decks, case studies, and internal enablement tools.
* Website, Email & Digital Tools – Manage and maintain our website, handle routine updates, resolve bugs, and coordinate with contractors.
* Press, PR & Thought Leadership – Lead our press strategy, securing announcements, thought leadership, and media outreach.
* Events & Conferences – Manage the execution of our events and conference calendar, including logistics, materials, and representation.
* Client Gifts & Swag – Oversee client gifting and swag initiatives, ensuring brand reflection and engagement.
* Project Ownership – Bring clarity, decisiveness, and momentum to everything you own, managing up effectively and maintaining high engineering standards.

Who You Are

* 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a strong focus on content creation and product marketing.
* High‑output doer and strategic thinker; loves setting direction and executing with speed and precision.
* Excellent writer; fast, clear, and able to turn raw input into crisp, compelling copy.
* Strong bias toward execution and ownership; energized by making things happen.
* Digitally fluent; manages workflows, publishing platforms, and lightweight integrations.
* Can work across functions, ask great questions, and translate complex information into audience‑friendly content.
* Assertive, decisive, comfortable making the call; has experience running or supporting marketing for webinars, content calendars, demand generation programs, and product collateral.
* Experience in renewable energy is a plus but not required.
* Thrives in 0→1 environments, enjoys building lasting systems, and takes pride in putting a stamp on things.

Benefits

* Remote work, forever.
* Competitive benchmarked compensation.
* Health and Retirement Benefits.
* Flexible Time Off.
* Exciting, mission‑driven work that has an impact.
* Regular company offsites.

Compensation

The starting base salary for this role is between $180,000 and $200,000 with an equity award as part of your all‑in compensation.

We are committed to building an inclusive working environment and doing our part to create a more equitable world. We strongly encourage applicants from underrepresented and/or historically marginalized communities to apply.
