\nA well-established law firm based in Devon is seeking a Solicitor to join its growing Private Client team. The department specialises in a broad range of private client matters, and this role offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to take on a varied and rewarding caseload.

\nThe Role
\nThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing their own caseload independently, including:
\n• Wills and estate planning
\n• Probate and estate administration
\n• Inheritance planning
\n• Lasting Powers of Attorney
\n• Trusts
\n
\nAn interest in trust work would be advantageous, though not essential.
\n
\nAbout You
\n• Qualified Solicitor with experience in private client work
\n• Able to manage a busy and varied caseload independently
\n• Strong client care skills with a focus on delivering high-quality advice
\n• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
\n• A collaborative team player with a proactive approach
\n

\nSalary & Hours
\n• Full-time position (35 hours per week, typically 9:00am – 5:00pm)
