The Role
You will:
* Support students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) on a 1:1 and small-group basis
* Assist with communication, emotional regulation, and classroom engagement
* Work closely with teachers, therapists, and support staff
* Help implement individual learning and behaviour strategies
* Encourage independence, confidence, and positive social interaction
* Support pupils with sensory and emotional needs throughout the school day
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who is:
1. Patient, calm, and empathetic
2. Passionate about SEN and inclusive education
3. Experienced working with ASD, SEN, or young people (preferred but not essential)
4. Confident supporting challenging behaviour when required
5. A strong communicator and team player
