You’ll work across regions, teams, and disciplines to design and implement scalable, efficient, and intuitive business processes that support our people, technology, and data strategies. From shaping enterprise-wide process frameworks to identifying opportunities for automation, your work will directly influence how Specsavers operates today and into the future.
We’re looking for someone who thrives in complexity and loves connecting the dots.You’ll bring deep experience in business process design, improvement, and governance—ideally in a retail or global environment. You’ll be confident working with frameworks like BPMN and tools like Signavio or Blueworks, and you’ll know how to apply Lean, Six Sigma, and RPA techniques to drive real, measurable change. But more than that, you’ll be a great communicator, a natural collaborator, and someone who can bring people together to make things happen.
