This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled technician with strong technical ability to step into a senior workshop role, supporting high-quality servicing, diagnostics, repairs, and defect rectification. We are looking for a reliable, self-motivated Senior Technician who can work confidently within manufacturer standards, manage technical workloads effectively, and support the wider team with a professional and customer-focused approach. Key Responsibilities - Carry out vehicle servicing, maintenance, and repair work to manufacturer standards - Diagnose faults and complete defect rectification efficiently and accurately - Support more complex technical work within the workshop - Identify worn components, defects, and additional repair requirements - Complete warranty repairs and associated paperwork correctly - Work safely and responsibly, following all health and safety procedures - Support junior or less experienced members of the workshop team where required - Maintain high standards of workmanship, efficiency, and customer care Candidate Requirements - City & Guilds or NVQ Level 3 in Automotive Servicing and Repair, or equivalent - Previous experience as a Senior Technician, Diagnostic Technician, Vehicle Technician, or Motor Vehicle Technician - Strong technical, diagnostic, and fault-finding ability - Confident working independently within time constraints - Good communication skills and a positive team-focused approach - Full UK driving licence essential - MOT licence desirable but not essential - Reliable, professional, and committed to delivering high-quality work Working Hours Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm, with a 30-minute lunch break. 1 in 4 Saturdays, 8:00am - 12:00pm, paid at overtime rate.
