The Role
Based partly in Horsham (hybrid working) with national responsibilities, this role supports the Clinical Director and Research Fellow in service evaluation and research projects. You will assist in collating and analysing clinical outcome data across Brainkind services and develop resource materials for adults with acquired brain injury. Your work will support clinical research projects aimed at wider dissemination, providing valuable skills and experience relevant to a career in Clinical Psychology.
Responsibilities
1. Assist with research design, literature review, participant recruitment, assessment, data entry, analysis, and manuscript preparation.
2. Collate and analyse outcome data from all BIRT services and produce high-quality reports.
3. Support clinical audits and evaluations of Brainkind services.
4. Develop multimedia resource materials for rehabilitation, ensuring accessibility and making adjustments based on feedback.
5. Support research and innovation within Brainkind, sharing new approaches to rehabilitation.
6. Undertake additional duties as assigned, including travel as needed.
Candidate Requirements
* Upper second class or first class honours degree in psychology.
* Ideally, a Masters in Research Methods or related field (not essential).
* Graduate Basis for Chartered Membership (GBC) of the British Psychological Society (BPS).
* Experience working as part of a team.
* Ability to conduct research under supervision.
* Full driving license and ability to meet travel requirements.
