What you'll be doing; Develop and implement workplace safety management systems and employee welfare protocols Lead teams through hands-on management while establishing a strong on-site presence for staff support Gain practical experience implementing HR processes and procedures aligned with organisational standards Design and deliver comprehensive training programmes based on current compliance Manage operations including H&S standards, fleet compliance, financial processes, and contract performance Build and maintain professional stakeholder relationships with clients and residents Analyse operational systems and present data-driven recommendations for equipment and process improvements Conduct performance analyses, including incident investigations and corrective action plans Resolve complex operational challenges using systematic problem-solving methodologies Drive performance excellence by establishing quality standards and using data to measure against key performance indicators What we're looking for; Degree-level qualification in Business, Management, Logistics or Transport (to be achieved by September 2026) Willingness to travel to training locations and potentially (if in a rotational role) relocate for role requirements Commitment to continuous learning and development Excellent communication and written skills Problem-solving and a desire for continuous improvement We reserve the right to close applications earlier than expected if we receive an exceptionally high volume of submissions.
