Care Assistants - Nights
Offering an hourly rate of £12.75 or £13.25 (if you are medication trained).
Night Shifts: 6.45pm-7am
We have an exciting opportunity for Care Assistants to join our dedicated team at Lincoln House Care Home.
As a Care Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our residents, ensuring they receive the highest quality of care in a nurturing environment. You will need strong communication skills and a genuine desire to help others.
Key Responsibilities
Assist residents with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, and general hygiene.
Provide personalised care and support to a diverse group of residents, including those with alzheimer's, dementia, epilepsy, and sensory impairments.
Maintain confidential and accurate records in care plans.
Engage residents in activities like reading, writing, hobbies, and friendly conversations to promote mental and physical well-being.
Foster good working relationships with colleagues, residents, and visitors, creating a supportive environment for everyone.
