We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Client Services Associate to join our Financial Planning team in Taunton. In this vital support role, you will work closely with our Financial Planning Consultants to ensure the seamless delivery of exceptional client care and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive administrative support across all stages of the client journey.
* Conduct research and compile clear, accurate reports to support financial recommendations.
* Process and track new business applications and manage online platforms with attention to detail.
* Communicate regularly with clients, product providers, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate completion of new and ongoing business, maintaining high service standards.
What We Need From You
* Experience in a similar role, including use of Intelligent Office client database/back office system
* Awareness of FCA compliance requirements
* Interest in progressing with industry qualifications
* Great communication skills and the ability to organise and prioritise workload
* Team-oriented with a focus on client care
