Absolute Recruitment are looking for a friendly and skilled Cut & Crease Operator to join their client based in Crewe on the night shift team! If youve got an eye for detail and enjoy working in a supportive, hands-on environment within a manufacturing packaging company this could be the role for you.

What Youll Do:
* Set up and run cut & crease machines
* Inspect dies and adjust machines for best results
* Check quality throughout production
* Follow safety and quality procedures
* Support and guide less experienced operators
* Keep your workspace clean and organised
What Were Looking For:
* Great time management and teamwork skills
* Ability to work to deadlines and follow instructions
* Previous experience in a similar role (PMR or manufacturing background)
Nice to Have:
* Experience with Cut & Crease machines
* Familiarity with the Avante system
Qualifications:
* Maths and English at GCSE level or equivalent
