We are SureCare a family run Domiciliary Care Service in Croydon and we provide a range of care and support services for our mainly elderly clients to be able to remain independent in their own homesfor as long as possible. Could this be you? We are seeking to recruit some great newcare workers; people with the right values and attitude to work in our Domiciliary Care Service Could this be you? Our main priority for this job role is to find people with the right attitude and behaviours to match our own! You do not need to have previous experience in this field, nor do you need qualifications to get started we are happy to work with you to help you become an excellent care worker. The main requirement is that you are able to work at least every other weekend. We provide full training and send you out with experienced carers to fully see what the job entails. Above all we want someone that: -Has a commitment to provide high quality of care and being the best, they can. -Can provide excellent care and support to all our clients. -Can show dignity and respect to the people that they will be working with. -Can work well together as part of our growing team. Are these important to you? The duties are varied, and no two days will be the same. Our clients are individuals, and they all deserve to be treated as such. Duties may include supporting with personal care, toileting, and medication. We can also provide practical support with meal preparation, cleaning, shopping, and laundry. There are a range of different shift patterns available to fit in with other commitments you may already have. The only requirement would be that you are able to work every other weekend.
