Role Overview
As a New Business Sales professional at MHR, you’ll take ownership of creating and converting opportunities within the Payroll and HR services market. You’ll use a consultative, value‑based approach to identify and shape new business prospects, particularly for solutions like People First and Managed Services. This role offers the opportunity to influence key decision‑makers, build meaningful commercial relationships, and stay ahead of market trends while actively driving revenue growth.
Team & Responsibilities
You’ll work as part of a driven and collaborative Sales team, supported by technical experts and wider business functions to ensure that every opportunity is professionally positioned and supported. Approximately 30% of your time will be spent prospecting and cold calling to build your pipeline, with the rest focused on progressing opportunities, coordinating proposals, and ensuring high‑quality sales documentation and presentations. You’ll also contribute market insights and competitive intelligence, helping shape our go‑to‑market approach.

Your role will be critical in expanding MHR’s customer base and positioning our solutions in a competitive, fast‑evolving market. Through effective prospecting, professional engagement, and a deep understanding of our offerings, you’ll convert leads into long‑term partnerships.
