Red Recruitment is recruiting a Team Manager to join our client, one of the largest re-sellers of fuel cards. The role will be to lead, develop and inspire our Account Management function. This role is office based until fully business competent and then hybrid will become an option. This is a key role within our growing business, responsible for driving performance of our Account Management operation for both New and Existing Clients as well as Lost and lapsed accounts. Benefits and Package for a Team Manager: Salary: Up to £40,000 Per Annum Depending on Experience plus uncapped commission Hours: Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5pm Contract Type: Permanent Location: Bradley Stoke, Bristol Personal and Professional Development Opportunities Achievable targets and an uncapped commission structure 25 days holiday plus bank holiday (extra ad hoc incentive days) Supportive environment where you are recognised, valued and rewarded Hybrid once business competent Key Responsibilities of a Team Manager: Lead and manage the Account Management team ensuring individual and team performance targets are met and an exceptional level service is provided Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement Support the delivery of strategic targets including fuel growth, customer activation, retention, and reactivation Own and manage escalations from the Account Management teams, ensuring swift, customer-focused resolutions with a focus on informed decisions on customer pricing, discounts, and margins Ensure CRM usage is aligned to the business standard and engage in continuous improvement projects across Account Management and Customer ExcellenceKey Skills of a Team Manager: Proven experience leading a sales or account management team within a B2B environment. Strong coaching and people development capability. Commercial acumen, particularly around pricing, margins, and customer value. Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and deliver in a fast-paced environment. Confident communicator who can influence stakeholders at all levels. Experience working with CRM systems (ideally Microsoft Dynamics). Strong analytical mindset and data interpretation skills.
