We currently have an opportunity within our Bakery for a skilled morning baker.
Location:Main Bakery, Hatters Lane, Chipping Sodbury
Working hours: 4am-12pm,
Wednesday and Sunday off
Salary:Dependent on experience.

Responsibilities would include:
5. Mixing, shaping and baking a range of breads to the companies standards.
6. Maintaining high standards of quality and presentation
7. Supporting stock rotation and ingredient preparation, weighing up accurately as required.
8. Upholding food hygiene and safety standards
9. Ensuring all paperwork is completed correctly.
10. Follow production lists and ensure numbers are met.
11. Report anything substandard to the head baker for inspection.
