THE ROLE:
* You will handle a broad range of commercial property work and play a key role in maintaining and developing strong client relationships.
* You’ll be trusted to manage matters independently while collaborating closely with colleagues across the firm.
* You will be responsible for a varied commercial property caseload to include leasehold and freehold transactions, sales and purchases of commercial property, commercial leases and refinancing and secured lending transactions.
* You will also contribute to business development initiatives and help strengthen the firm’s profile and client base.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
* Applications are sought from Commercial Property Solicitors with a minimum of 6 Years PQE
* Strong technical expertise across a wide range of commercial property matters
* Commercially aware with a pragmatic, solutions-focused approach
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Confident in business development and networking activities
* A client following would be advantageous
