The Role
Working closely with Account Executives and clients, you will manage a varied portfolio of commercial insurance accounts across a range of industries. You'll be responsible for delivering exceptional client service, handling renewals, mid‑term adjustments, and supporting new business activity.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing a portfolio of commercial insurance clients
* Handling renewals, MTAs, and day‑to‑day client enquiries
* Preparing market presentations and obtaining quotations from insurers
* Liaising with insurers to negotiate competitive terms
* Supporting Account Executives with client servicing and retention
* Ensuring FCA compliance and maintaining accurate records
* Building strong relationships with clients and insurer partners
About You
* Previous experience as a Commercial Account Handler within an insurance brokerage
* Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products
* Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
* Organised with strong attention to detail
* Ability to manage workloads effectively in a fast‑paced environment
* Acturis experience beneficial but not essential
* Cert CII qualified or working towards qualifications advantageous
