The role
WAREHOUSE OPERATIVESiamoare working in partnership with a leading health care company to recruit warehouse operatives based in Maidstone (ME16 0LW).?This position has a great working environment, friendly and welcoming team, excellent payratesand manyotherperks.
SHIFT:Monday to Friday?(Rotating Weekly AM/PM)
37.5 hours a week (no part time vacancies)
Rotating Pattern:Week 1-6am to 2pm
Week 2-2pm to 10pm
Weekends offwork!!!RATE OF PAY:Basic:£14.83p/h
Overtime:£19.69 p/h(x1.5 rate) /£26.25 (x2 rate) (over 37.5 hours per week)
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCEPREFERRED BUT NOT ESSENTIAL- Good communication skillsandthe ability to speak, read and write basic English
- Able to follow instructions
- Able to work under pressure to targets and deadlines
- Numerical and focused on accuracy
- Basic computer literacy and experience of data inputting
- Awareness of Health & Safety regulations, including manual handling
- Able to work as part of a team
- Able to use initiative and identify issues at work and suggest options for improvement
