Profile Summary
The Associate Field Service Engineer is responsible for maintaining professional and profitable repair and preventive maintenance service business on Stryker’s products, ensuring compliance with quality systems and manufacturer specifications. He/she provides technical assistance and documentation to internal and external customers.

What you will do
* Repair and check electronic/mechanical Stryker products.
* Complete annual checks and calibrations according to MDR on customer sites.
* Utilize software and technological tools to maintain records and access technical information.
* Assist regulatory affairs and customers with product recalls and safety notices.
* Fulfill service contracts with planned maintenance.
* Support installation of Stryker systems on customer sites.
* Perform software and hardware upgrades.
* Document service activities thoroughly for internal and external reference.
* Ensure traceability of all field-based products through reporting tools.
* Provide technical support to internal and external customers.
* Escalate opportunities and issues in team meetings.
* Follow up diligently on customer issues.
* Ensure service invoicing when not under warranty.
What you need
* Degree in engineering, medical electronics, camera technology, or related fields such as electrical, electronic, telecommunications, mechanical, software, medical physics, or technology subjects.
* Fluency in spoken and written English and local language.
* Proficiency in IT tools (Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes, MFG/Pro, PS3, Outlook).
* Previous experience in a related field, ideally in hospital or medical environments.
* Full driver’s license.
* Ability to build relationships with customers to foster brand loyalty.
* Capability to work in diverse scenarios including workshops, hospitals, and theaters, managing stress and prioritizing tasks.
* Strong ethics and integrity in a competitive environment.
* Service- and quality-oriented mindset.
* Independent thinking, sound judgment, quick decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
* Effective communication skills and ability to work independently and in teams.
* Willingness to travel within the region (Travel Percentage: 100%).
