Job DescriptionWorking side-by-side with other IT teams and external parties to contribute to designing new solutions Complying with established processes where required, and working across teams to define processes and documentation/training as new features and systems are implementedContribute to the definition of full testing procedures, and work with our business colleagues to plan and deliver these to ensure that newly developed functionality and newly implemented systems are fit for purposeHave a holistic view of solutions and understand the wider impactParticipate across the organisation to deliver far-reaching programmes of transformation or initiatives across all areas of the organisation, contributing to business and technology views.Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of multiple projectsEnsure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budgetAssist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibilityDevelop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progressManage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniquesMeasure performance using appropriate project management tools and techniquesReport and escalate to management as needed Manage the relationship with the relevant stakeholders Perform risk management to minimise potential risksEstablish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendorsCreate and maintain comprehensive project documentationSkill and QualificationsMinimum 5 years of project management experience in financial technology, including leading large-scale (500+ Manday) projects successfully.Knowledge of treasury or commodities platforms is required Previous budget management experience is a must.Proficiency in industry-standard process methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Wagile…etc) is required.Excellent analytical, decision-making, problem-solving, interpersonal, team, customer service, negotiation, conflict management and time management skills. Proficiency in industry-standard process methodologies (e.g., Agile) is required.University degree with an emphasis on Computer Science, Mathematics/Statistics, or equivalent demonstrable experienceGreat communication skills and an ability to build strong relationships across all organisational levelsFlexible team player who understands the importance of responding to change constructivelyStrong analytical/problem-solving skills, with an eye for accuracyMotivated and self-starter mindsetKnowledge of Microservices, Cloud architecture, and Domain-driven designs is a plusExperience in the energy sector in general and in trading and market analysis specifically is a desirableExperience applying methodologies of Agile, design thinking, UX is an assetSolid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skillsStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
