Property Inspector (Asset)
Location: High Wycombe & nearby counties
Salary: £40,359 p/a + Excellent Benefits
Contract: Permanent, Full-time (37 hours per week, Monday-Friday)
Want to deliver great service to our customer and ensure properties are well-maintained? In this role, you'll be responsible for conducting residential property inspections, ensuring quality standards are met for home improvements, mutual exchanges, and general repairs. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact for a social housing provider working across a wide range of properties within the Paradigm Housing Group's portfolio. Combining your technical and communication skills with our wider team and residents.
You'll be travelling across our operational areas, including Bucks, Beds, Oxfordshire, Herts with a few properties in Greater & North London. You will need to carry out thorough property inspections, sometimes involving climbing ladders to access loft spaces, and produce detailed reports to support decision-making within the Asset Management team.
