Overview
Zero Hours Commercial Valuation Surveyors - Consultancy contracts UK wide. Established over ten years ago, my client is an independent multi-disciplinary firm of Chartered Surveyors offering a wide range of professional services. They have a countrywide network of around 100 consultancy valuation surveyors carrying out secured lending valuation work under their PI.
The bulk of valuation work is residential, with commercial valuations also carried out. They are open to speaking with candidates who specialise in either residential or commercial valuations.
Responsibilities
* Carry out secured lending valuations, primarily residential, with capacity to undertake MUFT, portfolio, HMO, light development, development, commercial and semi-commercial valuations as required.
* Receive leads directly and contact applicants to book in reports according to your diary.
* Utilise in-house admin support for compliance, quotations through to completions.
* Meet client service targets and SLA timelines (two working days after inspection for residential; up to five days after inspection for other cases).
Terms & Benefits
* 50/50 fee split.
* Zero-hour agreements allowing you to accept or decline work as needed.
* Work under the firm’s professional indemnity; network includes around 100 consultants across England and Wales.
* Main clients are bridging finance lenders; subscription tools provided include Rightmove, CoStar and updated BCIS.
* Average fees shown are approximate: residential around £375 and commercial around £1,200 (varies by location).

* RICS Residential Building Surveyors (UK wide) – L2 & L3 reporting.
* RICS General Practice Surveyors (UK wide) and RICS Building Surveyors (UK wide).
