Responsibilities

* Monitor shift operations, ensuring smooth workflow from food preparation to service delivery

Qualifications
* Proven experience in fine dining kitchens with strong leadership skills in supervising culinary teams
* Extensive background in food production, menu planning, and kitchen management
* Demonstrated expertise in banquet service, catering, and large-scale food events
* Knowledge of dietary department standards and specialized dietary accommodations
* Familiarity with inventory management systems and food safety regulations (HACCP certification preferred)
* Excellent cooking skills across diverse cuisines with a focus on presentation and quality assurance
* Strong organizational abilities to oversee shift management and ensure operational efficiency
* Previous restaurant or hospitality management experience is highly desirable
