We are currently recruiting for an SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive school in Brighton. This role involves supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) to help them succeed in a positive learning environment.
Responsibilities
* Support pupils with SEN on a 1:1 or small group basis
* Assist the teacher with classroom activities
* Encourage student engagement and confidence
Requirements
* Previous SEN experience is essential
* Enhanced DBS required
* Patient and supportive approach
* Strong communication skills
