CLIENT SUPPORT ADMINISTRATOR
Based central in York, the Client Support Administrator role plays a key part in the administration function for enquiries into this successful business. You would need to be able to work in a fast pace environment and provide a high standard of accuracy. An interest in HR and psychology would be beneficial but not essential.
WHAT YOU WILL WANT TO KNOW...
* Permanent position
* Salary up to £26,000
* Hours - Full-time 37.5 9-5.15pm or part-time (minimum 22.5 hours pw)

* First point of contact for clients requiring support
* Responding to volume e-mail enquiries accurately
* Update the system with client information
* Set up projects when advised
* Monitoring of projects, progress and liaison with client/ teams to resolve issues
* To arrange and administer coaching sessions
* Provide sales support administration
