The Role
This is a field-based management position. Youll be responsible for leading a team of marketing representatives, driving campaign performance, and developing the people around you.
Day to day, youll be:
* Leading and managing a team of field marketing representatives
* Overseeing the delivery of live campaigns for major UK brand partners
* Coaching and developing team members to hit performance targets
* Monitoring campaign results and making operational adjustments
* Recruiting and onboarding new team members as the business grows
* Reporting on team performance and contributing to wider business strategy
This is a role for someone who leads from the front - youll still be active in the field, not managing from behind a desk.
