What the Job Involves This role involves managing the reception area of a children's centre, ensuring all visitors are greeted warmly and the environment remains welcoming and safe. You will handle inquiries through various channels, provide information and guidance to families, and maintain the centre's calendar. Additionally, you will gather feedback from users, report it to the centre manager, and ensure all operational procedures are adhered to. This front-facing role requires full-time, on-site presence from Monday to Thursday, 8.30am to 4.15pm, and Friday, 8.30am to 4pm.
