As a Commis Chef, you will play a crucial
role in our kitchen, working across various sections to develop a broad range
of culinary skills.
Responsibilities:
* Assisting senior chefs in preparing and cooking dishes to the highest
standard.
* Ensuring all food items are prepared and presented in accordance with
our stringent quality and presentation guidelines.
* Collaborating with the kitchen team to maintain a clean, organised, and
efficient work environment.
* Contributing creatively to menu development and daily specials.
* Upholding all health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe kitchen
environment.
What you Need:
* Previous experience in a similar role within a high-volume, high-quality
establishment.
* Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to producing
high-quality dishes.
* A genuine passion for food and the culinary arts.
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
* The ability to thrive in a team-oriented setting, demonstrating
reliability and a positive attitude.
