Mobile Care Assistant
We are looking for passionate Mobile Care Assistants to join our growing care team in the UK. A valid full UK driving licence and a car are required. The role is mobile, field‑based, and involves travel between our developments. Travel expenses are covered, mileage paid 43p per mile.
Location
Across Burscough & surrounding areas.
Hours
Full time and part time hours available. Rota includes mornings, evenings and alternate weekends between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m.
Pay
Hourly rate: £14.50 per hour, plus up to £1.30 for evening and weekend hours. A £300 bonus is paid when you pass probation.
About the Role
Dual responsibilities of Personal Care and Domestic Services. Work closely with the Field Care Supervisor, House Managers and Care Performance Manager to deliver personalised care and lifestyle services.
Key Responsibilities
* Support homeowners with daily activities, personal hygiene and medication assistance.
* Provide domestic support such as cleaning, shopping and managing household tasks.
* Maintain communal areas to a high standard, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment.
* Assist with social activities, transport and attending appointments.
What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience in a care environment, ideally with a Level 2 Health and Social Care (training provided).
* Strong interpersonal skills, empathy and time‑management.
* Valid full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between developments.
* Flexibility to work on a rota basis including early mornings, late nights and alternate weekends.
