Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support the Director in managing daily administrative tasks and ensuring smooth operations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organisational skills, proficiency in office software, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities with professionalism and discretion. Responsibilities
* Manage the Director's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements efficiently
* Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and written communication with professionalism and courtesy
* Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
* Conduct data entry tasks accurately and maintain organised records
* Assist with invoicing and financial record keeping using QuickBooks
* Organise files, documents, and office supplies to ensure an accessible and tidy workspace
* Coordinate with other departments to facilitate smooth communication and project execution
* Maintain high standards of phone etiquette when liaising with clients, partners, and internal teams
* Support the Director with miscellaneous administrative duties as required
Requirements
* Proven administrative experience or office experience demonstrating organisational competence
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications
* Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is desirable
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
* Excellent data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
* Clerical experience including filing, document preparation, and record management
* Exceptional phone etiquette and professional communication skills
* Fast typing skills for efficient document handling
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision whilst maintaining a proactive approach
