About The Role
Contract: Temporary
Hours: Part-time
Hours of Work: 20 Hours per week, 1.00pm to 5.00pm Monday to Friday.
As an Operations Team Member, you’ll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the store, helping to maintain stock accuracy, product availability, and compliance standards. You’ll work closely with the wider team to ensure the store is well-presented, safe, and ready to deliver an excellent customer experience.
Key responsibilities include:
* Completing stock checks, gap scans, and replenishment picklists accurately and on time
* Receiving deliveries and investigating any discrepancies in orders or invoices
* Maintaining stock file integrity and supporting inventory accuracy
* Ensuring compliance with health & safety, food hygiene, and legal standards (e.g. NOPS, FIAS, HACCP)
* Supporting banking processes and reviewing daily reports for anomalies
* Replenishing shop and yard areas to company standards
* Supporting promotional activity and visual merchandising plans
* Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation across the site
About You
* Previous experience in retail or operational roles
* Good IT skills and confidence using business systems
* Health & safety awareness and attention to detail
* A proactive, adaptable, and team-focused approach
* Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset
