What You'll Experience
12 Months as a Cover Supervisor (Sept 2026 - Aug 2027)
Begin as a salaried member of our team while receiving comprehensive teacher training. You'll work directly with students, support lessons, and learn from expert educators—all while being paid £23,000 - £27,000.
During this year:
* Gain real classroom experience every day
* Attend weekly training workshops covering pedagogy, classroom management, and student safeguarding
* Work closely with an assigned mentor who'll guide your development
* Build practical skills through observation and gradual teaching responsibilities
* Receive full employment benefits including pension and paid holidays
12 Months of Teacher Training (Sept 2027 - July 2028)
Move into your formal training year with salary continuation. You'll complete all requirements for Qualified Teacher Status and finish the programme ready for a permanent teaching role.
By the end:
* Qualified Teacher Status achieved
* Permanent position secured in our school or trust
* Foundation for a long and rewarding career in education
What You Need
Before starting Year 2, you must have:
1. A degree from a UK university (or international equivalent)
2. GCSE Maths and English at Grade C/4 or higher
