My client looking for an experienced and motivated Service Engineer to join their growing team. This role involves working independently and as part of a team on HVAC and chiller projects, contributing to the ongoing efficiency and reliability of customers systems.Key Responsibilities:
* Service and maintain a variety of chillers (small, medium, and large scale)
* Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and repair works
* Conduct advanced fault-finding and diagnosis
* Complete work on multiple types of compressors, including scroll, reciprocating, and screw
* Compile high-quality dilapidation and service reports
* Ensure timely, accurate, and professional documentation
* Comply with relevant health and safety legislation and company standards
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulations and industry best practices
General Duties:
* Uphold company values and represent the business to the highest standard
* Support continuous improvement across engineering and customer service
* Engage in training and personal development
* Follow all policies, procedures, and legal requirements
* Carry out any additional duties appropriate to the role
Skills & Experience Required:
* Diploma in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration or equivalent
* Category 1 F-Gas qualification (or equivalent)
* Full UK driving licence
* Strong fault-finding, reporting, and communication skills
* High attention to detail and safety awareness
* Proactive and self-motivated with excellent time management
* Able to work both independently and collaboratively
* Experience with manufacturers service software and data interpretation
* Ability to work on centrifugal and Turbocor compressors is essential
* Experience with wider HVAC equipment such as air conditioning, AHUs, and refrigeration systems is desirable
