We are seeking a dynamic, well-organised individual who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, welcoming everyone with an upbeat, friendly, and personable approach.
In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the day-to-day delivery of front-of-house operations, as well as our sports, outreach, and events programmes. The ability to work at pace and use your own initiative is essential, along with strong communication skills and a consistently positive attitude.
You should be enthusiastic about contributing to the future development of Derby Active. If you have a passion for sports and events, an innovative mindset, and an outgoing personality, we would love to hear from you.
Experience in a customer service role within hospitality, leisure, or retail would be advantageous.
Please note that the role will include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays, in line with the operational needs of the facility.
