Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Service Technician. The Service Technician will be responsible for performing maintenance and repair tasks, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing exceptional field service. Day-to-day tasks include diagnosing and resolving equipment malfunctions, conducting regular maintenance, and ensuring optimal performance of automated systems. The Service Technician will also engage directly with customers to provide outstanding service and support to meet their needs.
