Your Role:
* Lead a well-established Inclusion Team, overseeing EHCP processes, interventions, and staff CPD.
* Work closely with pastoral leaders and teaching staff to ensure classroom practice reflects inclusive strategies and adaptive pedagogy.
* Liaise with external agencies and families as a significant part of the role.
You’ll be:
* Strategically minded, with a deep understanding of SEND Code of Practice
* Confident in analysing data and identifying emerging trends
* Committed to whole-school development and culture-building
* Able to communicate complex needs in a clear, solution-focused way
