Our nurseries are full of creativity, warmth, and a shared passion for inspiring the next generation.*What You’ll Do:** Lead and manage the daily operations of your room, ensuring a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment for children.* Plan and deliver fun, engaging, and age-appropriate activities aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).* Mentor and support your team, encouraging their professional development and fostering a positive team culture.* Build meaningful relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.* Monitor and support each child’s development and well-being, creating individual learning plans as needed.* Maintain high standards of safety, hygiene, and safeguarding.*What You Bring to the Team:** A relevant Early Years qualification (Level 3 or above).* Proven experience in a nursery setting, with previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.* A passion for early childhood education and helping children reach their full potential.* Strong organisational, communication, and leadership skills.* A commitment to continuous professional development.*What Makes Us Special:*At Hopscotch, we know that happy, supported staff are the key to success.
