Warehouse Operations Manager
Location: Kent
Contract Type: Permanent
Salary: £50,000 to £60,000 (dependent on experience) + bonus and benefits
Shift: 5 out of 7 - 12noon - 10pm

Responsibiliti
- esLead and manage all inbound operations, including goods-in, good out, deliveries and stock movement with accurate booking and SLA adheren
- ceInspire, coach and develop warehouse team members, fostering a safe, engaged and high-performance working cultu
- reMaintain robust quality control standards across all inbound and warehouse process
- esPartner with other departments to ensure smooth operational flow and exceptional customer outcom
- esDrive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, productivity and service leve
- lsMonitor and analyse operational performance metrics, taking action to achieve and exceed targe
- tsEnsure stock accuracy and replenishment processes are maintained to support operational dema
- ndSupport resource planning to meet changing business volumes and prioriti

- ntsProven experience managing teams in a fast-paced warehouse environm
- entExceptional leadership and people management skills with strong communication abilit

- etyExperience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is prefer
